NATIONAL REGULATIONS CONFEDERAL
Preamble
It consists of an unlimited duration, the National Association Confederation of companies, in abbreviated form "CONFEUROPA Imprese”, which represents and defends the social, moral and economic of all incorporated enterprises in the form of individual or corporate, and consortia companies and joint ventures, which operate in the industrial, commercial, agricultural, commercial, commercial and other economic activities in the market.
The federal confederation, "CONFEUROPA Imprese”, has national headquarters in Rome (Rome), Via General Roberto Bencivenga No 32 / 70, the regional headquarters for the region of Sicily in Syracuse (Sr), Via Monfalcone No 52, branch office in Bucharest (Romania), Sector 2, Str Matei Basarab n.106, bl.73, Et.8, Ap. 35 and branch office in Brussels (Belgium), Charles-Maurice Wiser Square, Avenue de Auderghen.
The federal confederation adopts the Code of Ethics and the Charter of confederal association values, which are an integral part of this Statute, inspiring them to its organization and their behavior and engaging members in their observance.
The Assembly and/or the National Council of the Confederation "CONFEUROPA Imprese" to support the achievement of the purposes of association can decide the membership of other associations and membership in other associations, organizations and institutions at national, EU and international standards and can be , establishing the organization and tasks, delegations or detached offices in other parts of the country, EU and international level.
TITLE I
NAME, OBJECTIVES, FUNCTIONS
ART. 1
CONFEDERATION
1. The "CONFEUROPA Imprese" is the National Association of Autonomous, representation, assistance, protection of small, medium and large enterprises.
2. It is of unlimited duration, non-profit making and based its action on the principles and the Christian social tradition. It 's open to all who lay the foundation of life membership values of economic and social solidarity, freedom and participation.
3. The federal confederation, "CONFEUROPA Imprese” has its national headquarters in Rome (Rome), Via General Roberto Bencivenga No 32 / 70, the regional headquarters for the region of Sicily in Syracuse (Sr), Via Monfalcone No 52, branch office in Bucharest (Romania), Sector 2, Str Matei Basarab No 106, bl. 73, Et. 8, Ap. 35 and branch office in Brussels (Belgium), Charles-Maurice Wiser Square, Avenue de Auderghen.
4. Its official organ of information is "CONFEUROPA Imprese”.
ART. 2
THE AIMS OF CONFEUROPA OF BUSINESS AND EXERCISE OF FUNCTIONS OF PUBLIC INTEREST
1. The federal confederation is proposing the following purposes:
a) the promotion, organization, development, coordination and regulation of small, medium and large enterprise, trade, tourism, services, advanced services, crafts, industry, construction and the 'agriculture, fisheries, professions and economic activities of the market.
b) the promotion, organization, development, coordination and regulation of business generally;
c) the representation and protection of the moral and economic interests of enterprises in Italy and abroad;
d) the defense of small, medium and large business, as a factor of progress and transformation of business structures and social cohesion;
e) the development of the awareness of entrepreneurship, hiring and promotion of initiatives aimed at uplifting the moral and business training of members and administrators of member institutions, vocational training of cadres, technicians and other workers engaged in these institutions and their consortia and the dissemination of the ideals, principles and experiences of small, medium and large business;
f) the development of consciousness of solidarity between small, medium and large enterprises, assuming and encouraging all initiatives that moral elevation and associated training;
g) promoting the growth of entrepreneurship small, medium and large, particularly in developing countries and newly democratic order;
h) the preparation of workers, employers' families, small businesses and citizens in general to the acquisition and administration of the means of production, trade and service economy of small, medium and large enterprises;
i) the implementation at all levels of administrative, fiscal, trade, legal, technical and economic publications on the transfer of employment contracts and assistance in enforcement of those contracts and labor legislation and training to members and member associations, including through adequate monitoring, made of initiative 'organization, as the principle of self-expression and as a permanent improvement of management;
l) the collection of any documentation, compilation of statistical data on small, medium and large enterprises, including for the public interest;
m) the promotion, care and development, through appropriate communication activities, the image of the company in the country.
2. To achieve the objectives above, the "CONFEUROPA Imprese will:
- Use of planned operations, the various economic and social sectors, the European Union, the State, Regions and Public Administration in general, and all providences and facilities of the law;
- Concluding agreements and conventions with public and private companies, associations, institutes and research centers as well as participate in Italian institutions and organizations, foreign and international with similar aims.
3. The federal confederation shall exercise the functions conferred on it by laws, regulations and acts of public authority, in particular by carrying out routine inspections laid down in its Statute.
